The KNOW Great Grub Workshop series focuses on the beneficial factors of eating healthy by designating the positive effects of each core food grouping and the ability of each of these food options to enable our children to play, grow, think and attain the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

We must promote positive peer relationships, commitment to the community in which our children live and a desire to participate in beneficial extra curricular activities.
