SHOW YOUR COMMITMENT TO HELPING EVERY CHILD KNOW! 

 

The KNOW Project believes strongly that every child has the right to KNOW how to grow up strong, healthy and safe.  In keeping with our core values, the goal of the KNOW Project for 2008 is to offer these workshops free or at a minimal cost to every interested child. The KNOW Project is currently implementing an awareness campaign to assist us in reaching more children than ever in 2008. 

 

As the commitments of our sponsors are solidified and the workshop wish list components are fulfilled, we will update this page.  We still need many items to help us ensure that every child has the opportunity to KNOW how to grow up strong, healthy and safe!  Please review the wish list below details regarding the items that we still need to help every child KNOW and then show your commitment by completing the SPONSORSHIP FORM and help a child KNOW how to grow up strong, healthy and safe today!

 

· Please review our workshop list to determine which workshops fit best with your community goals.  The wish list illustrates the interactive components of the workshop that require specific items that are proven to assist our children in gaining the essential knowledge and skills to KNOW how to grow up strong, healthy and safe.  To assist in providing each workshop free or at a reduced cost to every child, we are seeking businesses and individuals who wish to sponsor specific components that will be provided directly to the children at the upcoming workshops.

 

· We also have many post-workshop skill building needs that help each child integrate the knowledge and skills gained at the workshop into their homes and everyday lives.  The purpose of these post-workshop interactive items is to enable each child and family to visit your location to gain enhanced child safety and children’s wellness opportunities.   This ensures that every child understands that the businesses and individuals in their community are dedicated to ensuring that they KNOW how to grow up strong, healthy and safe and enables the children to take a moment to thank you and your company personally for helping them KNOW! 

 

· Please complete the form to indicate the wish list items that are exceptional fits with your goals for your community, define the number of children you will help to KNOW and email the form to steveh@knowproject.org or mail it to PO Box 1, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.  An outreach coordinator will contact you to finalize your commitment.
