The KNOW Project is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible.
The following information will be used to issue the applicable receipt for your tax-deductible donation you will offer to each child who completes the KNOW Workshop in your area this season and for the donation amount provided to help offset the costs of the workshop.

**If you are providing a post-event coupon opportunity for each child, please attach a sample of the coupon that you wish to have appear on the cover of the KNOW Workbook. We will generate a final proof for your review prior to the final printing.
** If you are providing an activity component for use at the workshop, please send us your commitment as soon as possible. Your commitment will enable us to schedule additional workshops. We will contact you to confirm the date of the workshop where you donation will be used and to make arrangements for a volunteer to pick up the sponsored items.
